“1. First go to Settings – Other Settings, enable Android Log, Kernel Log, and Radio Log together, then wait for the problem to reoccur.

2. After the problem reoccurs, go to Settings – Other Settings – Export Logs. After clicking, go to the corresponding folder and copy the logs out using a USB flash drive.”
