Check the control card, component contact issues, capacitive touch panel, and touch cable problems.

  1. If multi-touch is detected, it means communication with the control card is normal; the control card issue can be ruled out. You can try flashing the touch program.
  2. If it showsNo pen or touch input is available for this display,” it means the control card is not detected:
① The cable connection between the control card and the motherboard at both ends may be loose. Replug the USB touch cable at both ends.
② The control card may be faulty, the USB touch cable may be defective, or there might be an issue with the motherboard’s USB port.
In this case, you need to replace the USB touch cable or the control card. (If there are multiple machines, you can swap the USB touch cable or control card from another machine to troubleshoot the issue.)
③ If the above checks do not resolve the problem, the issue lies with the capacitive touch panel.
